Privacy policy

Eloura Creative (ABN 50 182 847 969), Victoria, Australia (“we”, “us”) provides website design and digital consulting for clinics. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

This policy covers this website only. Websites we build for clinics have their own privacy policies.

We don’t receive or store patient information submitted through our clients’ websites. Those requests go directly to the clinic.

When you book a call or email us, we collect:

• your name and practice name
• your email address and phone number
• anything you choose to tell us about your practice

Please don’t send patient details or health information through this website.

We use your details to:

• respond to your enquiry and arrange your call
• prepare a quote
• provide our services if you engage us
• keep accurate business records

We only send you updates if you ask for them, and you can opt out at any time.

Your details are kept in our business email and secure online systems, protected by passwords and access controls.

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond and to manage our relationship with you, then delete them.

We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host and our email provider, and only as far as they need it.

Our email is handled through Google Workspace, which may store data outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email us and we’ll respond within a reasonable time, usually 30 days. There’s no charge to make a request.

We don’t currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this policy.

If you’re concerned about how we’ve handled your information, please email us first and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
